Our Bios

Robert P. Steinfeld, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Director of the Center of Complementary and
Alternative Medicine

Dr. Steinfeld is a graduate of Columbia University and Boston School of Medicine. Board certified in general surgery for over 30 years. Listed in Who's Who in Medicine and in Connolly's Outstanding Physicians in the Tri-State Area. Also has trained specifically in nutrition, holoistic medicine, intravenous vitamin, chelation therapy and hormonal replacement.

His integration of both conventional western medicine and classical holistic therapies, combined with an extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology has permitted him to develop a reliable and appropriate regimen of quality vitamins and nutrients.

Phyllis Steinfeld

My first career was as a Laboratory Technician in a hospital. After training, I was hired to teach hematology to the incoming students and work as a paid technician drawing and analyzing blood specimens from the patients in the hospital. I then went on to a private lab and years later wound up this chapter assisting and doing blood work on patients in the Cardiac Catheterization dept. of a major hospital.

I then went into industrial sales, honing my skills in the business world by starting my own company and being employed at the same time.

My interest in good health and its related fields never waned and I now have come full circle and am proud to represent and be part of M.D. Logic.

Orietta Daniels

Ms. Daniels has 15 years of experience in the dietary supplement industry with in-depth knowledge of raw materials and nutirents used in manufacturing. Ms. Daniels was the first importer of Glucosamine and Chondroitin in the United States, which is now recognized, by the Arthritis association, as an effective remedy for Osteoporosis. One of the partners of M.D. Logic, she is dedicated to the research and development of new products that make a true difference in maintaining and promoting good health.

Robert Johnson

Mr. Robert Johnson, an expert in nutrition and biochemistry, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of nutrition and formulation development. His first vitamin company started in the early 60’s in East Hanover, New Jersey and was sold twenty year later to focus on our present manufacturing facilities. Mr. Johnson’s main objectives are to produce high quality products, and continually research new nutrients that can contribute to the well being of everyone’s health.

Desiree Ferina

Completing her 10th year with the company, Desiree Ferina, is an efficient office manager with excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of M.D. Logic’s nutritional supplements. She is in charge of processing all orders and assisting customers with their needs.

Heidi Dieterle

With five years experience in the nutritional field industry, Heidi Dieterle is the newest addition to the M.D. Logic team. Heidi will accept your orders, process them and offer basic customer assistance.
